In 2013, I shot photos for The Bouchon Bakery Blog Project. The blog chronicled my friend Tania’s mission to bake every pastry in the Bouchon Bakery cookbook, featuring recipes used at chef Thomas Keller’s world-class restaurant in Yountville, California.
Contributing to Tania’s blog was a great opportunity for me to learn about the complexities of food photography. The images below present some of the delicious results of her efforts.
